All Americans require a visa to enter Benin

For Americans:

• Fully completed and signed visa application form (download visa form) with one photo stapled to the form and one copy of it.
• TWO  2″ x 2″, recent high definition personal passport photos on white background.
• Actual Passport plus two copies of the information page (still valid for at least 6 months) and has an empty Visa page.

For Non-Americans:

• Fully completed and signed visa application form (download visa form) with one photo stapled to the form and one copy of it.
• TWO  2″ x 2″, recent high definition personal passport photos on white background.
• Actual Passport plus two copies of the information page (still valid for at least 6 months) and has an empty Visa page.
• Please also provide, two photocopies of green card or valid U.S. Visa and TWO photocopies of round-trip ticket or itinerary, (please ONLY provide photocopy of your valid stay in the United States if you are from one of those countries requiring pre-approval prior to Consulate granting you a visa).
• Student Visa Holders PLEASE ALSO PROVIDE a Registration Letter from school.

For Business Visa:

• Fully completed and signed visa application form (download visa form) with one photo stapled to the form and one copy of it.
• TWO  2″ x 2″, recent high definition personal passport photos on white background.
• Actual Passport plus two copies of the information page (still valid for at least 6 months) and has an empty Visa page.
• Please also provide TWO copies of the letter from the company indicating the detailed purpose of the trip and financial guarantee of the company.
